Toyota Motors finally gave a nice make over to its cash cow, Toyota Innova and launched it at the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi. Toyota will be charging its consumers Rs 9.40 lakh for the base petrol variant of the 2012 Toyota Innova. The company has kept its word and has given a remarkable exterior facelift to the MPV. One can prominently see revamped grille, shinny pair of headlamps that has been redesigned and totally refreshed rear end of the car. The interiors are better and much more comfortable than before thereby justifying its makeover. This multi purpose vehicle will be offered in both petrol and diesel version thereby taking care of the needs of both types of consumers. Toyota Innova is the best multipurpose vehicle in India. It has a very powerful engine and roomy as well as very comfortable interiors along with a beautiful body structure. The look itself is stylish and elegant, but at the same time it is quite sturdy and has a very nice road grip even at higher speeds. This vehicle can comfortably accommodate seven people and also has a good space for luggage and other things at the back. The suspension is very strong, which makes it glide over pot holes and bad roads giving minimal trouble for the occupants. Toyota Innova is a wonderful MPV for taking it on drives or travelling bigger long distances. Even after travelling a couple of hundred kilometers, you won’t feel tired and cramped. There were some reports that the recently launched Maruti Ertiga will overtake the Innova, but Ertiga is nowhere in comparison with the Innova in terms of space and interiors. At the same time, the size of Ertiga is smaller than that of the Innova and at the same time it is not that tall as well. The engine of Toyota Innova is also very powerful and the air conditioning system fitted in this MPV is very efficient and cools the big cabin in no time. The mileage is a little lesser, but when compared to the kind of luxury this powerfully built vehicle gives, it’s worth it. The steering is very responsive and the brilliant gadgets fitted make life much easier for the driver. I am a complete fan of this MPV and wish to keep this vehicle as long as I can drive. This is the best vehicle for a bigger family and is also quite reasonably price, though there are a few people that its overtly priced, but I find the price somewhat ok as the features are top quality.
