The eV2 L is the base version fitted with the 1396cc diesel engine producing 69bhp and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This variant does not have air conditioning, but it does feature folding rear seats, a tachometer and tripmeter. The eV2 is the Indica's biggest update since the V2 itself. The common-rail engine transforms the drivability and efficiency of the Indica, making it capable of pootling along with a full load even in fourth gear! The features list has also got a lot longer, but it's still an Indica on the outside. The Indica is perfect value for money for the Indain market. The car has ample space for 5 people and a roomy boot. The leg space is also decent. This car is money well spent. The grill and the headlamps have been tweaked a little to improve the look of the car. The fit and built of the car is perfect for the Indian market.
